Banana Muffins | Moist Banana Bread Recipe

Ive never been a huge fan of banana bread until NOW. \r
This banana bread is super moist, packed with flavor and not at all too sweet! The crumble topping takes this recipe to another level.\r
I decided to turn this recipe into banana muffins but you can certainly make traditional banana bread. \r

Ingredients for the banana bread:\r
\r
- 190 gr All Purpose Flour\r
- 1 tsp Baking Soda\r
- 1/2 tsp Salt\r
- 100 grams of oil ( I used melted coconut oil)\r
- 50 gr Brown Sugar\r
- 100 gr White Sugar\r
- 2 eggs\r
- 125 gr Unsweetened Plain Yogurt( Or sour cream)\r
- 1 tsp Vanilla \r
- 2 Ripe Bananas\r

NOTE:\r
If youre making muffins youll need to bake them for 20-25 min. \r
If youre making banana bread youll need to bake it 50-60 min (180 celsius).\r

Ingredients Crumble Topping:\r
\r
- 60 gr Butter\r
- 90 gr All Purpose Flour\r
- 20 gr Sugar\r
- Salt to taste( I used 1/4 tsp, you can add less if you like. Since there arent any eggs taste and adjust to your liking)\r

- 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour\r
- 1 tsp Baking Soda\r
- 1/2 tsp Salt\r
